Return and refund policy

Who we are
Cherry Tree Place is operated by Cherry Tree Place. For cancellations, returns or problems with an order, email info@cherrytreeplace.com.

Change of mind: 14 days to cancel
You may cancel your online order without giving a reason from the time you order until 14 days after the day you receive your goods. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel by emailing info@cherrytreeplace.com. Include your name and order number where available. Cancellation does not depend on us approving your request.

Returning your case
After telling us you wish to cancel, send the goods back within a further 14 days. Return address:

Include your order number or name so we can identify your return. You may email us for help with return instructions; this does not make cancellation subject to approval. You are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item when you change your mind, including if you selected the wrong phone model. There is no restocking fee.

You may inspect the case as you would in a shop. Please take reasonable care of it and return any supplied accessories. Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of your statutory cancellation rights. We may make a lawful deduction for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds
We refund using the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. We issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. We may withhold a refund until then. If the goods have not been supplied, we refund within 14 days of being told you wish to cancel. We refund any standard outbound delivery charge you paid; UK delivery is currently free. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact info@cherrytreeplace.com if a case is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described, or different from the item or phone model you ordered. Photos may help us resolve the issue, but are not a condition of your statutory rights. We cover reasonable return postage in these circumstances. Your rights to reject, repair, replacement or refund under applicable consumer law are not restricted by our change-of-mind cancellation period.
